Lighting/Rendering Experiment using Companion Cube

Here is a little project that I've been working on in an attempt to experiment with lighting and rendering. I created this cute little companion cube to act as the subject of my experiments, as I tampered with various lighting and Mental Ray settings in Maya, and lighting and material variables in Unreal Engine 4.

The model is a companion cube from the popular game series, Portal.

A fully textured render of the finished model in Unreal Engine 4. To achieve this aesthetic I used a directional light with max temperature, as well as giving the cube itself a roughness and metallic value of 0.7.
